We hope you love your lulu’s purchases, but in the event you wish to return your item(s) – We offer a store credit within 5 days of purchase less all shipping, handling or delivery charges. Items must be returned in perfect condition within 5 days of purchase to be eligible for store credit.

We require a deposit with the balance due upon receipt of merchandise. All special orders are considered final sale as we have ordered it to your specifications.

All of our manufacturers are back to normal production times. The majority of our lines will ship in 4-8 weeks. Custom upholstery varies from manufacturer and the availability of yardage, but averages 6-8 weeks.

Special orders on art is a minimum of 6 weeks +. Art must ship on a pallet to ensure it arrives safely.

We do! Almost everything in the store is available for same day purchase.

Our showroom features inspirational vignettes that highlight hundreds of different manufacturers, representing a wide range of styles and price points.

Because we offer same-day purchases off our floor, we are constantly re-designing our showroom and incorporating daily new arrivals.

lulu’s does not deliver, but we are happy to help you set up delivery with local companies that we work with on a regular basis. The customer is responsible for scheduling their delivery directly with the companies, as well as paying them directly. lulu’s will provide their contact information only.
